Reggae was always ahead of other music genres when it comes to human consciousness.
And brand new single by Shiloh Clarke has a powerful message that is speaking of core humanity problem at this time, climate change.
“Freedom Will Reign” has a joyful sound, with a word that we have to obey nature’s laws and principles and save the oceans from plastic and other nature’s spoiled values, even the politicians. And it wouldn’t be the same if someone else than Shiloh sang about this cause, as his friendly and nourishing nature really means it, and you can feel it while he sings. The single is released in partnership with climate change activists Extinction Rebellion and Coventry based energy company Utility Team.
Shiloh Clarke, reggae artist from Coventry, UK.
Shiloh says: “I just felt like I had to do something to help educate people about the absolute threat of climate change. The whole of humanity needs to rise up as one and take a stand to ensure our future generations have a planet to live on. I’m really proud to have the support of a local energy company and of course the incredible Extinction Rebellion who have already done so much amazing work to help highlight the issues around global warming”.
